By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence to use our Services). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Unimio LLC provides mobile applications that allow users to participate in simulated "mining" of digital rewards ("Coins" or "Tokens"). Users can increase their mining rates, invite friends through referral programs, and eventually transfer these in-app digital rewards to the Unimio Wallet ecosystem.
3. Account Registration and Security
- Creating an Account: You may be required to register an account to use certain features. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Single Account Policy: Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system or mining rates. Violation of this rule will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.
4. Digital Rewards & Virtual Currency
- No Guaranteed Financial Value: The digital rewards, coins, or tokens earned within the Unimio Network applications are currently virtual in-game items. They do not constitute statutory currency, nor do they guarantee any real-world financial value at this stage.
- Sole Discretion: Unimio LLC reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate digital rewards at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
- Transfer and Liquidity: Any future liquidity, exchange listings, or conversion of in-app rewards to blockchain assets are subject to our product roadmap and regulatory compliance, and are not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated scripts, bots, emulators, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify, interact with, or automate the mining process.
- Attempting to hack, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the applications.
- Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Services to gain unfair advantages.
6. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any accumulated digital rewards may be permanently deleted.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may request data deletion by referring to our Account Deletion Policy.
7. Advertising and Third-Party Links
The Services are supported by advertising revenues, which contribute to the ecosystem's value. You may see third-party advertisements or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unimio LLC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page or by providing in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
