Deletion Steps
To request the deletion of your account and associated data from any of our apps, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@unimio.network.
- Subject Line: Please specify the app name (e.g., "Miniverse Deletion Request").
- Body: Include the email address or username you used to create your account.
You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours, and the deletion will be processed according to our policy.
Data to be Deleted
Upon submitting your deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account from our servers (Firebase):
- Your registered email address and username.
- Your collected coins and wallet balances.
- Your game statistics (e.g., high score, streak, mining rate, play time).
- All other technical data stored in Firebase related to your unique User ID.
Retention Period
Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your verified request, unless retention is required for legal reasons (e.g., compliance with tax or regulatory obligations). In such cases, we will notify you via email regarding the specific data retained.
