Getting Started

What is the Unimio Network?
The Unimio Network is a 5-planet interplanetary mining ecosystem. Each app (Miniverse, MarsEarn, JupitEarn, NuptEarn, PlutEarn) represents a planet and produces its own in-app coin (MIV, MIC, JUP, NUP, PLU). UNIM is the network’s central on-chain token and is introduced to exchanges at the Token Generation Event (TGE). How in-app balances relate to UNIM, swaps, and the Unimio Wallet is governed by the rules published in the apps and official announcements — this FAQ does not describe every conversion path.
What apps are part of the network?
There are currently 5 planetary mining apps plus the Wallet:
  • Miniverse (Earth) — produces MIV. The starting point for all explorers.
  • MarsEarn (Mars) — produces MIC. First expansion planet.
  • JupitEarn (Jupiter) — produces JUP. Tier 3 amplifier.
  • NuptEarn (Neptune) — produces NUP. Tier 4, outer system rarity.
  • PlutEarn (Pluto) — produces PLU. Tier 5 (Mythic).
  • Unimio Wallet — The hub for UNIM and on-chain features when live; timing and rules follow in-app updates and official notices.
How do I create an account?
Download any Unimio Network app from Google Play (or App Store where available). Open the app and sign up using your Google account, Apple ID, or email. Your account is linked to your email — one account works per planet app.
Is it free to use?
Yes. All Unimio Network apps are completely free to download and use. Revenue is generated through in-app advertising, which directly funds the UNIM Liquidity Treasury. You never need to pay to mine.
Can I use the same account across all 5 apps?
Each app is a separate planet with its own account. You register separately on each app using the same email or Google/Apple account. Your mining progress, coins, and referral colony are tracked independently per planet.

Mining & Earning

How does mining work?
Mining is based on a 24-hour manual check-in cycle. Once every 24 hours, you open the app and claim your mining session. This confirms you are a real, active participant. Each session yields coins based on your current mining rate, referral colony size, and any active Synergy Multipliers.
Why are my coins not increasing?
Your coins only increase when you actively claim your daily mining session. The app does not mine passively in the background — you must open it and press the mine / claim button once every 24 hours. If you miss a day, you simply lose that day's mining yield.
What is the Black Hole Multiplier?
The Black Hole Multiplier (Synergy Gravity) is activated when you mine on multiple planets at the same time. The more planets you farm simultaneously, the higher your multiplier across all active apps:
  • 1 app active → Base rate (×1)
  • 2 apps active → ×1.5 Synergy
  • 3 apps active → ×2.0 Synergy
  • 4 apps active → ×2.5 Synergy
  • All 5 apps active → Black Hole Event (up to ×3)
The multiplier applies to your daily yield on every active planet.
What is a Halving Event?
As the Unimio user base reaches defined community milestones, the base mining rate for each planet is reduced by 50% (Halving). This enforces coin scarcity and rewards early adopters who join and build their colony before each Halving. After a Halving, new users mine at a lower rate than those who joined earlier.
Do I need to keep the app open to mine?
No. You just need to open the app once a day to claim your session. You do not need to keep it running in the background. The process is a deliberate daily check-in — not an always-on miner.
What are Synergy Boosts and how do I activate them?
Synergy Boost is a daily multiplier on your mining yield that activates automatically when you are active in multiple Unimio apps at the same time. The more planets you actively farm, the higher your boost across every active app:
  • 1 app active → Base rate (×1)
  • 2 apps active → ×1.5 Synergy Boost
  • 3 apps active → ×2.0 Synergy Boost
  • 4 apps active → ×2.5 Synergy Boost
  • All 5 apps active → Black Hole Event (up to ×3)
To keep an app counted as active, just claim its Black Hole (daily session) within the last 24 hours. There is no manual switch — the system detects your active status on each planet and applies the boost automatically across all of them.

Referral System

How does the referral system work?
Each app has a unique referral link for your account. When someone signs up using your link and starts actively mining, they join your Mining Colony. Your colony size is used as a percentage multiplier on top of your base mining rate — more active referrals = more daily coins.
How do I share my referral link?
Open the app menu and look for the "Invite" or "Referral" section. Your personal link is displayed there. You can copy it or share it directly via social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other platform.
How many referrals do I need?
There is no minimum. Every active referral increases your colony size and your daily yield. The more active referrals you have, the higher the multiplier on your mining output.
Does a referral need to be active?
Yes — only active referrals count toward your colony size. A referral is considered active when they mine regularly. Inactive users who stop claiming sessions will not contribute to your colony multiplier.
Can I use my referral link across all apps?
Each app has its own referral link. Your Miniverse referral link is different from your MarsEarn link, etc. To build a colony on each planet, you need to share the corresponding app's link.

Coins & Tokenomics

What is UNIM?
UNIM is the central on-chain token of the Unimio Network. It is not mined directly inside the planet apps like the planetary coins. UNIM is intended to be listed and tradable around the Token Generation Event (TGE). How UNIM is allocated, bridged, or exchanged — including any use of in-app balances — follows the Unimio Wallet and official terms published in the apps. This FAQ does not fix every future mechanic in advance.
What are MIV, MIC, JUP, NUP, PLU?
These are the in-app (planetary) coins: one per planet (for example Miniverse → MIV, MarsEarn → MIC). You earn them by mining inside each app. They are not UNIM. Any rates, “values”, or comparison numbers shown in the apps are indicative / illustrative and may be updated by Unimio for display — they are not a guarantee of market price, exchangeability, or final conversion terms. Binding rules are always those stated in the applications and official communications.
Are the planetary coins worth anything on their own?
Today they function as in-app resources. Do not assume they are freely tradable tokens until Unimio states otherwise through the Wallet, TGE materials, or exchange listings. Numbers you see in the apps (including any indicative or reference figures) are set by Unimio for illustration and can change; they do not by themselves establish a public market price.
Is there a supply limit?
Each planetary coin is self-regulating through Halving Events tied to user growth milestones. There is no fixed hard cap, but supply growth slows dramatically with each Halving. A portion of the coins from ad-revenue buybacks are permanently burned, creating deflationary pressure over time.
What is the Ad-Backed Real-Yield model?
Unlike speculative projects, the Unimio Network generates real revenue from in-app advertising (Google AdMob and Huawei Ads). A portion of this revenue is allocated to the UNIM Liquidity Treasury. When users watch ads or interact with them, they are directly contributing to the liquidity that backs the value of UNIM at TGE. This is Proof-of-Attention economics.

Unimio Wallet & Withdrawals

When does the Unimio Wallet launch?
The Unimio Wallet is planned for Phase 3 of the roadmap, once the planet apps and UNIM Liquidity Treasury milestones in the official plan are met. Follow our official channels for the exact launch date and feature set.
What is the 90-Day Convergence Protocol?
It is an anti-abuse and eligibility framework described in the apps: sustained, genuine activity over time before certain Wallet or conversion features unlock. Exact requirements (including how many planets must be active and for how long) are defined in the live in-app protocol and official notices — follow what your app displays, as Unimio may refine the rules.
Can I use the Wallet or conversion if I only use some planet apps?
Eligibility and any exchange paths depend on the rules in force in each app and in the Unimio Wallet when it launches. Unimio does not promise the same outcome for every combination of planets or balances in this FAQ. Check in-app Wallet / Convergence sections and official announcements for the current requirements.
Is there KYC (identity verification)?
Yes. When the Unimio Wallet launches and conversion gates open, users will typically need to pass KYC (Know Your Customer) as part of eligibility checks described in the apps. Exact requirements are published with the Wallet.
How much UNIM will I receive for my coins?
Any ratios, calculators, or reference amounts shown in the apps today are indicative only and can differ from final terms. The actual conversion or allocation mechanics for UNIM will be set when the Wallet and related systems open, based on published rules, treasury design, and compliance needs. Rely on official pre-Forge announcements — not on illustrative numbers inside the games alone.
Is conversion locked right now?
Yes. In the current phase (Phase 1–2), on-chain UNIM conversion is not open yet. The Unimio Wallet is in development. Balances you see in the apps are tracked in line with published rules; final eligibility and mechanics when features unlock will follow the notices and protocol active at that time.

Account & Security

I forgot my password. How do I recover my account?
If you signed up with Google or Apple, simply use the same Google/Apple account to log back in — there is no separate password to recover. If you used email/password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to receive a reset link.
Can I change my username?
Username changes may be restricted as your username is tied to your referral link and colony structure. If you need to change it, contact us at hello@unimio.network and we will assist you.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app — you do not need to visit the website. Open the app, go to Account (or your profile / settings area), and use the Delete account option. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm. Deleting your account permanently removes your coins, colony, and mining history. If you cannot find the option or need help, contact us at hello@unimio.network.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, which applies industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted. Each user is entitled to one account per planet app. Accounts found to be duplicates or operated by bots will be permanently banned and their coins forfeited.

Technical Issues

The app is not loading / keeps crashing.
First, make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, check if an update is available on the Play Store / App Store and install it. If still not resolved, contact us at hello@unimio.network with your device model and OS version.
I am not receiving push notifications.
Go to your device Settings → Apps → [App name] → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → [App name] and enable "Allow Notifications". Also check that you have not enabled battery saver or "Do Not Disturb" modes that might block notifications.
My coins disappeared or the balance is wrong.
Coin balances sync with our Firebase servers. If you see an incorrect balance, first check your internet connection and wait a few minutes — balances may take a moment to sync after claiming. If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact us at hello@unimio.network with your username and a screenshot.
I claimed my session but did not receive coins.
This can happen due to a brief network issue during sync. Check your balance after a few minutes as it may update with a short delay. If you are still missing coins after 1 hour, contact us at hello@unimio.network.
The app is very slow on my device.
Try closing other apps running in the background to free up RAM. Make sure your OS is up to date. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. We continuously optimize performance — keeping the app updated ensures the best experience.
How do I update the app?
Updates are distributed through Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Open the respective store, search for the app, and tap "Update" if available. We recommend enabling automatic updates so you always have the latest version.
